fwredd01The service I experienced from Allstate Transmissions & Auto Repair was second to none. I went up there on a Monday afternoon and spoke with O.G. which stands for Old Guy and not Original Gangster. His level of service is superior. He told me off the top what to expect and what the pricing would be to get my Cadillac Escalade transmission fixed. He told me if I could drop it off before they closed, he would have it back to me by Friday.
O.G. called me Wednesday for an update and told me that they found a few other problems that they could fix. He told me what they were and although I chose to take my vehicle somewhere else for the repairs, he was still nice.
As promised, I was able to pick up my vehicle Friday with no incident. Everything has gone well so far with the vehicle, although it’s only been one day. I have a three year 36,000 mile nationwide transmission warranty on a 2004 Cadillac Escalade.
I will definitely use this location again for future issues that may come up with my vehicle.
